Absent: Commissioner Gerald Zordan & Commissioner Donna Maraia
In the absence of Commissioner Maraia, Chairman Slaiby assumed the duties of Acting Secretary .

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Slaiby at 6:01 PM.~ A motion was made by Commissioner Vannini to accept the August 26, 2015 minutes. Commission Sartori seconded the motion.
A motion was made by Commissioner Turina to move into Executive Session to discuss confidential investigation(s) per the Torrington Code of Ethics and/or Connecticut General Statutes section 1-82a . Commissioner Jane Vannini second the motion.
The committee moved out of executive session at 6:08 PM.
The committee adjourned at 6:09 PM.
